Something More Than Hope: Support Group for Loved Ones of Adults with Borderline Personality Disorder
When: Fridays, 4:00pm-5:00pm
All relationships can suffer from a lack of understanding about each other and miscommunication problems, but this is especially true when a loved one is “wired differently” than you. This is a support group for adults who have a loved one with Borderline Personality Disorder. You’ll receive plenty of empathy and emotional support, but this group respects people with BPD and is not a “gripe group.” Rather, it is warm, loving, supportive, communication- and values-based, and seeks to help you improve your relationship with your loved one. It is facilitated by River-Aaerin Hites, who has both clinical knowledge and practical lived experience working with and loving people diagnosed with BPD.
