I am a Licensed Master Social Worker, with a background in working with Children, Adolescents, and Adults using a Strengths-Based Approach. I practice from a trauma-informed and culturally competent lens. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and holistic approaches to assist you in navigating through your mental health journey.

My passions include empowerment, self-advocacy, and meeting folks where they are at in terms of their mental health goals. I utilize a holistic approach to uncover awareness, inspire, find balance, and clarity of our unique situations.
